Fab cheap gadget for mixing shakes!!!!!!

Hi All, Bought a little battery operated gadget yesterday and it is amazing for mixing shakes (hot or cold) to a smooth consistency really quickly.

Its called the Funky Frother and it was only £3 from Debenhams!

Its one of those little whisks for making lattes normally but also says on the packet for shakes. Its by a company called Typhoon and its tiny, quiet and brilliant. Just make sure you give the shake a stir with a spooon to get bits of edges and the bottom in between mixing.... and only wash the tip held downwards dont get water into the handle!

bargain!!!

I am on the weekender paln so that means I eat a meal twice a week I normally have prawn stir fry - no oil, prawn salad, I eat a lot of fish as not that keep on meat, I tend to make a lot of salads and stir frys and add things like quorn, I love salad now! Round my parents tomorrow and my dad!! is making me a smoked salmon salad which I am really looking forward to.
Just looked at pics taken of me in September and blimey I look so different now.

Got one of these gadgets for frothy coffee months ago, never thought to try it with soups, but did and it's lovely. Thank you!

Am dreading my add a meal week. So scared I'll slip up on it!
K, do you find it difficult to keep the food you eat at weekends under control?

I don't seem to have a prob with eating at weekends, although I don't always as I tend to use the meals for days when I really feel I need to eat something, normally eat a meal when I am running low on spag bol!
My eating habits have changed so much, I tend to think about what I am eating a lot more, I used to be really bad I would think nothing of having big slices of crusty bread with a thick covering of butter not marg! now it just makes me feel sick! I used to eat ok but all the wrong things and way to much of them now I eat really healthy when I have a meal loads of veg no fat if pos.
I really don't intend on getting fat again after this and I think thats what keeps me going
I use my wii to weigh me as I do go it quite a bit - nearly everyday - and its pretty right
