Just wondering if anyone has ever tried this? After my lame failed attempt @ SW I'm giving this a go. I lost a lot of weight with it about 10 years back so hoping to have the same results. Woudl be great to have someone else doing it too!

It's a great diet if you can stick to it - you really do lose at least 1lb a day, in my experience. I find it's good for a quick weight loss before a holiday etc., but you do have to stick to it to the letter.

I'm not doing it as I don't particularly like following set meals plans everyday, I like to have an element of choice. But if you're after a quick weight loss in a short period of time (you can only follow the diet for two weeks at a time) then you'd be hard pushed to beat it.
    Started Slim & Save 12/03/12.

    Losses:

    Week 1 (12/03/12): -8lb
    Week 2 (19/03/12):
    Week 3 (26/03/12):
    Week 4 (02/04/12):

    Week 7 (23/04/12):
    Week 8 (30/04/12):
    Week 9 (07/05/12):
    Week 10 (14/05/12):
    Week 11 (21/05/12):

    Long-term goals:

    1. Get into the 'overweight' range (approx. 200lbs)
    2. Get into 'healthy weight' range (approx. 168lbs)
