    Measure Up Asda Shakes!



    hi everyone! ive just started Asda measure up shakes as their so much cheaper than slimfast! i have done this before and lost half a stone within 2 weeks, im finding it quite easy this time again just wondering if any of you have any tips on this diet, to keep away hunger?? would apprecite if you could help me on this! also what excercise do you find is best for this diet?

    I've ended up switching to slim fast, started again on the 1st January, but I did lose some weight on measure up just didn't stick to it!! wish i did now! but slim fast has got a buy one get one free offer on in superdrug so I'm using that instead!
