    duke diet?

    I bought a book in poundland yesterday called the duke diet just wondered if anyone has heard of it and tried it
    Goals
    • Get Through day 1 2 3 4 5 6
    • Get through week 1
    • Get below 300lbs
    • Get Below BMI 50
    • Lose a stone by november
    • Get below 20 stone(lowest weight since teens)
    • Get halfway to goal.
    • Get below BMI 40
    • Get below 200lbs
