The British Diet
Hi there
I have recently subscribed to the British Diet which requires you to eat 5 meals a day in order to speed up metabolism and does not require calorie counting etc. It seems like a great diet to follow and I am starting on Monday. You are supposed to see results rather quickly if you stick to it. I was wondering if there was anyone on here who is already sticking to it to let me know if it is really working?
