Miami Heart Diet
Has anyone tired this diet and if so, can you change things like the grapefruit for another fruit or do you need to stick at it?
Any help would be appreciated.

No your not suppose to change any of it.The '10lbs' your suppose to lose is water and muscle not fat.It is only 1000 calories and I don't fancy eating the hot dogs as I know what is in them.
Started Paleo/Primal Apr 2012 at 9st 7lbs.Got down to 8st 4lbs October 2012 and have been maintaining between 8st 4lbs-8st 7lbs since. Lifes too short do it now before it's too late.
