Has anyone heard of or tried this?

It's a book you can download for 7 , with a visualisation mp3 to listen to at night.
The book is excellent, it basically tells you why your body wants to be fat, and how to reset it using the right vitamins/ minerals and visualisations. The guy who devised it lost around 200lb when he stopped dieting and started using this approach.
It says you may actually put weight on in the first few weeks, as a result of coming off other diets, but you will lose in the end. I've been doing it about 2 weeks and put 2lb on.
I was doing Sw at home and not doing great on it so thought I would try this. Will give it another few weeks an see how it goes.
