Things are going well on xenical,not sure how much weight i have lost because i am trying not to weigh in but i do know i have lost a couple of inches off my waist,still not had any really bad side effects so far so good.Lucyxx

Glad they are working for you, i ate really healthy when i had them but i was scared to go anywhere cos whatever i ate had to go to toilet and was in really bad pain

Hi all how is everyone?all well i hope,still going well on xenical i was going to weigh myself today but there is something wrong with my scales

they wont power up,so i am going to have to wait might go to boots or someting and weigh there.Had a few side effects nothing major though.Lucyxx

Morning all,I am coming off xenical the last few days have been a nightmare with really bad side effcets and i hardly eat any fat i stay below 30 grams a day but i still cant cope spent most of yesterday on the loo,i really do want to lose weight but not like this.Found out the hard way but you live and learn dont even know how much weight i have lost because my scales are broke but i have lost nearly 3 inch of my waist.Lucyxx

hi im taking xenical at the moment started 6 days ago and so far have only had one attack of diaorrhea and that was because I didnt stick to a low fat diet. Other than that one time Ive felt fine on them and the scales are starting to show results which Im well pleased about. I am taking them at the same time as going to RC classes.

i took zenical about 6 years ago and lost 20 kg was about 4 kg a month BUT i was dieting aswell i was having around 2,000 cals a day ......... but i have put the weight back on and loads more ... as with any diet if you go back to eating what you did b4 the weight will return zenical helps to cut your calerie intake slightly but you have to diet too

ooowww keep us posted please Irene. It will be interesting to compare them to Proactol/lipobind which are more of a herbal fat binder as opposed to xenical.

ive not had any problems so far other than the first day but it was prob getting rid of the junk food id eaten over the weekend !!
im not looking at this as a quick fix unlike i did with LL & CD i think the penny has finally dropped that if i eat ***** then im gonna look like *****..i know its not rocket science and im gonna have to give it my all....still hard work tho

thankfully not had any sweet cravings yet, just hope i dont round my TOTM as usually thats when it all goes pearshaped !!!

hope its going well for anyone thats on it !!
