My Mood: Rep Power: 3 ![]() Diet: Cambridge | With Xenical you have to follow a very low fat diet with the health problems that go with it or else suffer the liquid oil runs that accompany Xenical. You would be better off sticking with Atkins and proving your doctor wrong. Carbs compromise the immune system and you will need the meat and eggs to combat your anaemia. Xenical and a high carb low fat diet will make both these conditions worse. It's up to you to decide which you want, oily poo and health problems or a healthy immune system and blood with Atkins. For me it would be a no brainer. If your doctor didn't tell you what sort of diet to eat then she obviously too keen to prescribe without knowing the full story. |

My Mood: Rep Power: 44 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I lost about a stone on them. I then went on holiday and couldn't get back to the healthy eating way when I got back so took them when I was being "good" but If i fancied a blow out I just didn't take them. I f your committed they do work.
