Thats coz your being responsible. Its unbelievable how people who do not have any money still book a holiday. I kind of understand it as we all need a break, but still worrying. I couldn't do it.

Anyways back to the diet. I was planning on having 9 tablets a day (3 after each meal), but I only have 27 tablets left. I'm not sure how long its going to take for the other pharmacist to post out my other tablets. I may try and stretch them over 4 days and hopefully they will be here by Tuesday. I've not got on the scales yet....I'm dying to, but I'm going to leave it until Sunday then hopefully I'll have some news to post. I really will be happy if I keep the 1lb off. I'm at target now and just would love to shift another few lbs...nothing major. Honestly guys, if I've lost then I think they are amazing especially considering what I've eaten this week.

I'll update Sunday now. Good luck Chewit.

Just simply by eating less and exercising more! walk for half an hpur every day and my food for a day usually consists of
poached egg on toast (brown bread) for breakfast
soup and a slice of brown bread for lunch
and a healthy dinner like chicken wraps and salad
lots of strawberries throughout the day and water too!

I got them off Ebay...I think it was medicines2u or something like that that I got them from. I googled the company first and checked them out. They arrived promptly and were the legit product.

I've just received my proactol this morning (very quick delivery). I am eating normally today to enable me to give proper feedback tomorrow, then I'm doing low fat and seeing the difference next week. Just to let you know what I'm eating today.....I've had a bacon and egg sarnie for brunch. A couple of biscuits and am having a BBQ tonight. If I stay the same this week or have kept the lb off then I'll be thrilled. I've eaten A LOT this week.

    Next week will be different.

    Thanks

Thanks for that. weighed myself today, another 3lbs lost this week, only started lipobind on thursday so its not due to that i dont think, so HOPEFULLY, more will be off by the end of next week with the help of the pills - we'll see!! They are supressing my appetite though, not snacking at all between meals! xx

Well I kept the lb off. I'm really amazed by that. Honestly guys, I've eaten loads this week.

I am planning on cutting the fat down this week, but my plans may be put on hold as I think I'm going into hospital tomorrow for some surgery. You never know, they may send me straight back home so I'll be able to do the diet. I'll keep you posted.

Well done on your 3lbs Chewit. You may have lost a lb or so due to the lipobind....you never know.

Good luck for this week hun.xx

Don't quote me on this , but they do seem okay. There's someone on the moneysavingexpert site that has something in his/her sig that they have a vested interest in chemist-4-u. They seem okay, and at least visible Possibly wrong, but it gives me a good vibe about the chemist.

    Good price eh!

Thanks so much for keeping us updated Shazpaz Sounds like it's really working for you. No plans on trying it myself mind you, but always interested in what works for others.

Very best of luck at the hospital! Hope it's nothing serious
