    Hi Shazpaz,
What you said about wanting sweets and chocolate - I found strange because thats exactly the same as me and it's very rare for me to eat chocolate but I have these cravings as well. Must be something to do with the Lipobind uh?

    Thumbs up

I have been taking Lipobind for a week now and I have lost a total of 5lbs, which I am really impressed with. I have not exercised this week (work has taken over my life at the moment) but I have tried to eat more healthly.

I have noticed that I get full a lot quicker then before and thus I am satisfied with smaller portions. I also don't get cravings either.

For the first couple of days I did get constapation as many who have tried Lipobind have experienced. However this was soon sorted out with taking ExLax for a couple of nights, and now I have no problems.

So all in all I can only sing the praises of this product.

I think its important that you try and eat healthly and drink plenty of fluid to see the maximum benefit of this product. I have tried eating healthly & decreasing my portions before, but the weightloss was nowhere near as successful as has happened with this product. Thus I can only dervive that I have been able to shift 5lbs in 1 week too Lipobind.

I agree, it is on the expensive side. But I also look at it as if I was at the gym 1 months mebership would equal the cost of the tablets for 1 month. As I don't have the time to go to the gym as often as possible I see this as better value for money.

I will make an effort to exercise next week, so it will be interesting to see how much weight I will lose then.

It's a shame that not everybody who has tried this has had the same positive experience. But, as may have already been mentioned, what works for one person may not always work for another.

I'm coming to this thread several years too late, but here's my experience:

I've been using Lipobind for two weeks and have just ordered my second box. Not because it's done anything, but because I'm still hoping it will.

When I have lunch and dinner (although I never have fried or high-fat food etc), I take 2 tablets. About an hour later, I'm speeding off to the loo. It certainly has a laxative effect, and there has been the...er...orange surprises people report. Nothing dramatic or hideous, but fat is definitely being rejected.

However - I've lost no weight at all, despite cardio, weights and reduced food-intake. In fact, in the first week I gained .5 of a pound.

I've seen reviews on Amazon where people say it takes a while to kick in. I'm not sure, but I'm willing to try.
