Well I have taken the plunge and purchased 4 weeks worth of the "Weight to Go" diet. I found it by accident whilst doing a web search for VLCD. It is a mixture of Shakes, ready made soup and ready made meals. It all adds up to approx. 850 cals per day. The 3 large boxes arrived today
Todays meals are 1 shake for breakfast plus one piece of fruit, Lunch: ready made Mediterranean soup, Evening: chicken curry with 80g of veg.
I will keep you posted with my progress.
Has anybody else out there done this diet?

The soups and meals are delicious and the shakes come in different flavors so you don't get bored of them. Very easy to do and it was even delivered to my office. How is everyone else doing on it? Hopefully I can keep up my progress and not get off track!!
