    Weight to Go Diet

Well I have taken the plunge and purchased 4 weeks worth of the "Weight to Go" diet. I found it by accident whilst doing a web search for VLCD. It is a mixture of Shakes, ready made soup and ready made meals. It all adds up to approx. 850 cals per day. The 3 large boxes arrived today

Todays meals are 1 shake for breakfast plus one piece of fruit, Lunch: ready made Mediterranean soup, Evening: chicken curry with 80g of veg.

I will keep you posted with my progress.

Has anybody else out there done this diet?

    Mandy

Week 1 is over and I have lost 7lbs.

The food is not bad. The shakes are a bit odd in texture. Overall it makes a change to Lighter Life!

It cost £255 for 5 weeks worth.

A bit pricey but it seems to work!

    Weight To Go

I've tried it - just started a week ago and already lost 3 lbs!!! The soups and meals are delicious and the shakes come in different flavors so you don't get bored of them. Very easy to do and it was even delivered to my office. How is everyone else doing on it? Hopefully I can keep up my progress and not get off track!!

    Hi there,

Yes, I've done Weight to Go. I did it last summer and lost 2 st. I enjoyed it coz it was so easy!! I'm back on it for a couple of weeks now to get rid of the Christmas tummy!!! I also have a friend doing it...she has a bit more to lose. She started on Jan 1 and is already nearly a stone down. She's got four more to go...I'll get her to join this forum.

Smile new posting - i've lost 3 ilbs

Hi guys Just found this from a search on google. I ordered Weight To Go a few weeks before Christmas and lost about half a stone, it's really good. I was a bit naughty over Christmas but going to start up again next week for another month, I reckon that'll get me down to 11 stones, well i hope.

    Hi Roseyapple
I'm doing well...the Xmas tummy is going down..2 lbs last week...not hungry at all. Let me know how much you lose this week. Have you tried the choc shake as a hot drink?? Delicious! I put mine in a Starbucks cup and met up with friends yesterday morning for a 'coffee' and they were non the wiser!

    Hello all,

Well it's been a week and I have lost 2lbs, which I think is okay but could be better. I have been to the gym twice as well, but if i'm honest I had a little glass of wine on Saturday as it was a friends birthday. I'm trying to get mum on the diet, as she has a few stone to lose. I'm hoping this week may be a little easier and my will power will hold up.
Ingrey - glad to hear your xmas tum is going down, I still think there are a few mince pies hanging around. And what a good idea about the choc shake and Starbucks cup - novice idea - i did it today, no one guessed and the hot choc is perfect for a sweet tooth monster such as me!
    Until next week.

    Hi Rosey apple
2lbs a week is a good weight loss, you are too hard on yourself. I lost only 1lb (must have been something to do with the Friday night slip up). Now it's Monday I am resolved to be good again. I emailed the minimin people to see if we could have our own forum, but but I ended up having a sort of inconclusive email exchange. So not sure if we can have one or not. Problem is, I have a friend also on Weight to Go, but she can't seem to find our blogs, and she wants to join in our weekly chat. I'll try and find time to email minimins again and see if we can get a forum going!
    Have a good week.

    Hi guys
I've been a bit slack this week in writing up my story - been so busy with work and the social life I am a bvit naughty but the diet has kinda slipped by the way side for a few days. I am planning to get back on track tomorrow.
Have you heard back about setting up a forum? I'm not to experienced with this so I wouldn't know but will help with ideas if you need any
How is your diet going? Tomorrow I start again, i think the weather isn't helping, i've never craved chocolate like i have for the past month it's really out of character!
    Speak soon,

    Roseyapple,,,,,
