i have to say im finding this much better than a " diet " im not restricting my body just modifying my choices.
i didnt have breakfast cos i dont really eat it
but for dinner i was in town before work so had a tescos sandwich-6g of fat and only 310 calories
ive just ate my first orange!!! as a snack
and for tea im going to cook cabbage and boil potatos. i think first day sounds ok? and ive only drank water![]()
