    special k

    is it worth taking a tablet if your meal is very low fat? I have special k most days for brekkie and wonder if its a waste of a pill?

    You don't need to take a pill if your meal is low fat... it only stops fat from being absorbed. I'd still take a pill if you were having milk with your special k though.
