    DK's Loser Days

    Last week was a bit of a wash out due to the excitement of eating real food after TFR, a bad work week and falling into a vat of vino.
    I'm going to start today as if it's the first day of induction. Got a lot to do today, moving furniture and ripping up the lounge carpet ready for the builder to start in the morning. We ripped up the hall carpet yesterday so this is my weekend exercise!
    My OH was just adding an app to my ipod and said 'What's this Crab Counter app?' no hun it's Carb Counter lol.

    Morning all, what a day it was yesterday! Carpet wrestling all completed and we sat in the lounge with just the TV and suite last night. It was very echoey! Builder duly arrived at 8.30 to start on the floorboard repairs and typically a few more horrors were uncovered once the carpet was up. Did well with my food but decided to drink the remaining wine so there are no temptations in the house
    I've only had a daybreak bar so far and am relegated to sitting on my bed with the lappy trying to work.
    Now where's my 'crab' counter lol

    Morning all. I had a delicious chicken stir fry last night but went to bed hungry, so I need to make up some jelly for an evening snack. I've got keto-breath this morning woohoo! Can't believe I'm so happy to have smelly breath lol.
    I'm still banished to the bedroom but hopefully the lounge will be finished today. Only had a daybreak bar so far and will get plenty of exercise putting the house back together later. I can't wait for it to be finished. It's only a little house so it's a nightmare when you've got an entire room out of service and it's contents spread between the bedrooms. This builder must think I'm a right messy cow!

    I've had lunch of oven baked salmon sprinkled with chilli flakes, a boiled egg and salad. Again it was delish!

    Why is my family so fussy to feed? Every meal takes military planning to ensure they get something they will like. Today I have defrosted pork steaks because thats something we can all eat. The trouble is they wont eat my mound of veg, I don't have any spud-like products and I can't go and get some because I'm waiting for the builder to clock off. At this rate they will be eating pork steak sarnies!
    I'm also getting bored, sitting in my bedroom all day with only my lappy for company, no TV and chaos all around moan moan sob sob poor old me!!
