That's it I quit!!!!! Exante gone........can't do it especially when I'm on these pills as they make me feel spaced out!!!
So a pound and a half lost! Was it worth giving up Atkins for a week? NO!!!!

Right!!! Good morning everyone :0) I'm back for good!! And what a relief.......
This morning 10st 10lb, so not too much damage done after last nights mega bingeathon! Well not mega, mega but I had a Mixed Kebab (I could only manage a quarter of it though), small amount of chips (haven't had chips for around 3 months) a slice of Angel Cake and wine!!
That would have ben a normal meal for me not so long ago.....and I would have eaten all of it!!!
Felt really rough after eating it all though....thankfully I'm as right as rain today :0)
So here I am, back for good this time, no running off to Exante anymore...just the thought of having to indulge in a shake this morning makes me want to spew!
So now I have the luxury of chosing what to cook today, which will go down much better with my pills :0)

Jo you're a trooper, you gave Exante another try but you know what works for you. I have a few more stones to shift and after I might give Atkins a go so I will be turning to you for help but, until then I have to stick with this
What have you done to your back? I did mine last year and I had amytriptaline and diazepam as I am allergic to codeine. I still get really bad sciatica at times like I did a few weeks back so I sympathise with you.
I look forward to reading what you are eating with envy but I know that when I am ready I will be there tooYou might not be at target by the Christmas party but you are a darn site closer to it than you were in Sept so well done and enjoy eating. xxx

Ok, ladies, for all with bad backs..............chiropratic.........cannot recommend it highly enough, a bit brutal to start with, I could not walk for weeks but my lovely Dr Joe sorted me out and have been great for years now, even before the weight loss.

I don't know what I've done but it's bloody painful :0(
The Dr was really good though and I can get a lot of different private treatments through work, and the Dr had recommended acupuncture which he has for a similar condition! So we shall see how it goes......
So this morning was Griddled MIM with smoked salmon and cream cheese.....very, very filling!!!!

Hope the back has eased up a bit, codeine is awful stuff, so I sympathiseBut well done on getting back to Atkins, I'm convinced it's a healthier way to eat. Since I stopped doing it I've had so many bugs and tummy upsets - so back to Atkins for me in January
