Hello everyone.......and thank you for the lovely messages! The back is not doing too bad but it's not great either :0(
Well this weekend I have been relatively naughty, haven't had a good blow out for a few months but I certainly did over Fri, Saturday and Sunday......Well I had a couple of roasties n parsnips n gravy with my roast followed by a dairy milk bar!
Friday was the kebabfest........with chips and pitta!!!
But here we are Monday morning and I'm back on it, I now have it out of my system and have put on a pound and a half which will no doubt be water!
I said to OH last night that I cannot believe I used to eat that way all the time and no wonder I felt like sh1t....!!!!!

Anyway.......now deciding what to munch for brekkie!!!

Breakfast looks lovely. I'm having smoked salmon parcels for starter and lamb main on the 9th for Christmas do. I am sooooooooooooooo looking forward to it.

The back is still a tad tender but yesterday's walk was lovely, I'm hoping that it'll click back into place if I take the pills and keep mobilised!
Loving the time off work though I have to say, even though I can't do much!
Quite hungry this morning so I'm thinking bacon n eggs maybe with a few mushrooms!
Need to get this carb gain off too so think I need to go on alcohol restriction for a week also!

Morning Jo, oh yes, I was virtually tied to a bed for 4 weeks after a Rugby injury to my back, I went mad. LOL
