So I am starting Atkins officially tmw 3/11/12. I had a practice run the last 7 days and I must say it went really well. Cravings are gone, been exercising everyday and lost 3lbs but my eating hasn't been strict i.e measuring net carbs etc. I hope to be able to post what I am eating here most days but definitely everyday on sparkpeople where I track my food and exercise. For exercise I am doing Jillian Micheals' 30 Day Shred everyday. I have two more days to go to complete L1. If I feel up to it I might add in her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD as well, we'll see .
