    Daily menu?????? Help???

    Hi there started atkins today and ive had breakfast : 2 fried eggs and 3 rashers of bacon lunch i had a rump steak with mushrooms dinner i had chicken chirizo peppers mushrooms lettuce in a pan with a pinch of garlic and paprika and some cheese??? Is this ok plus had 8 glasses of water x

    I'm fairly new to this too, looks ok to me. The key is to get 15g if carbs from your veg with a max of 20g carb in total. My Fitness Pal is great for keeping track
