    Restarting Atkins for 2nd time!!

    Hi again, here I am sat in bed feeling stuffed and bloated from yet another day of eating too much! I have made myself a promise that tomorrow I start this Atkins diet and stick to it until all 25 pounds I have to lose are gone!!! I won't give up again, I am so depressed with being chubby.

    Here's to my new start, can't wait till tomorrow :-)

    I will also be exercising too, maybe lightly in the beginning as energy levels can get quitelow can't they..

    Good luck with your restart - you might want to only exercise lightly while your body is getting into ketosis but after the first week you'll be fine.

    I said I would exercise last time I did the induction (all one day of it!! Lol) but felt to drained to do so. It's amazing the effects of just changing your diet have on your body hey!!! X
