I am starting the Atkins diet today for the very first time and I am very excited it looks great, the food and the recipes all look delicious..
So a bit about me! I am 24 years old, and very un-confident, my body has changed a lot over the last few years and I'm fed up, I am making a change and I will look better then I did when I was 18 ..
I am 4'11 and have 40-50lbs to lose.
So my plan is as follows - Atkins Induction Phase starts now (12:13pm 13th January 2013) also going to do this alongside Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
So Day 1, I am feeling excited and motivated to become the best I can be within my self, to boost my confidence and to smile more often and to not let my appearance hold me back any longer.
I will write in my diary daily, update on my moods, my recipes, my post workout emotions, also have MyFitnessPal (MrsSmithhhh) if you want to add me message me with your email I will add you..
