Started atkins monday - first time ever.

Hi! I'm new I started Atkins yesterday, 14th jan.

Can someone give me some tips I haven't got a clue on what to eat, I've bought loads of meat eggs and cheese, not much veg cause I'm not too keen on it! And don't like water either so got flavoured water?
Also I can't stop weeing... Is this normal after 2 days?

Anyway- I'm 19 years old 4ft11 and 10st9
Aiming for 8/8andhalf

Welcome to atkins, it is great way of eating. If you look at the stickies in the main section you should get loads of ideas, also moonlights has threads that get bumped from time to time which are great. Good luck.
