Busybusy's 4 week challenge

I'm back on here to track my intake and for general support. I've been following mainly induction/owl maintaining around 10-10.7 stone (currently 10.7stone), I was 10.3 last time on here around November.

Although I've been working out and doing low carbs for the last 3 weeks I haven't lost a single lb, although I know this is probably due to muscle replacing fat it has still been really disheartening for me.

I'm back in here to track my menus, track workouts, find motivation and inspiration. I welcome any feedback and will support others as much as I can.

The challenge is to lose 1stone for my bros wedding, Aug 24th.

Welcome back busy,

you have the Same amount to lose as me. I find t easier to maintain on Atkins too which is still no good as I have a good stone and possibly a bit to get rid of first. Good luck with it and I look forward to reading your diary.

I there G, thanks for dropping by. I'm sure if you stick to it the weight will be of in no time. I've been stock on 10.7 for three weeks now (!), so frustrating - so I'm stripping right back to induction, nuts are my downfall I think, I've been having lots throughout the day.

No gym today or tomorrow but will be solid 5days next week. Today's menu as follows;

BF 1 Linda McCartney sausage (carbs 4gs).

L okra curry (carbs unsure).

D spicy lamb patties and green beans

S coke zero and cheese.
 
A late jotting menu down today but I guess better late than never.

B eggs, mushrooms and veg sausage.

L quiche (no pastry) and egg salad

D chicken curry and salad.
 
Good morning. At the gym and of to do body pump for an hour. Just WI and I'm still in 10.7, a little peeved as have been working hard the last few weeks at the gym.

Still hope to see a loss this week as I'll be doing just classes at the gym and see if that makes a difference. Will be watching my carbs strictly also.

B veg sausage and 2 fried eggs
L salmon salad
Keema curry

S coke zero and cheese.

You don't even look big! I'm your weight and I look huge. You carry it really well :)
 
Thanks goldi - I'm 5'6 so get away with it a little better. I hate my love handles need to do more work on those.

Hello, I'm ok thanks. How's you and the family? Lanark's doing JUDDD and has a diary over on that forum now.
I'm sticking with Exante as it seems to work for me (albeit slowly once I get through week one!)

Hoping this time around I can stick at it, get to goal and successfully maintain. Fed up with all this yoyo'ing! My body's craving stability I think :D

Let's nail it once and for all :D xx
 
Busy, I'd be happy to have 10.4 on the scales f t meant having your figure. It's so not fair :( lol
