MrsE13s 30 day challenge.
I'm Sarah, I've decided to give Atkins another go. I did it a while back and I felt fantastic (after the first week) and I'm not sure why I slipped out of it. I never initially gained any weight back after Atkins but I have gained a bit back gradually over the past year.
Anyway my stats
Size - UK14
I'll do my measurements in the morning.
I'm going to do the 30 day shred, I've done this before and can manage to keep it up.
I'm also doing it as a 30 day challenge. The main rule being - I am NOT allowed to weigh myself for 30 days.
I don't plan on quitting Atkins after 30 days but I needed something short term to aim for. I know after 30 days I will have lost some weight, feel better and see a good enough change to carry on.
So wish me look.......
