Starting my own diary to keep me on the straight and narrow.

B - Bacon and eggs
L- Broccoli and cheddar soup (no stilton)
D - Burgers and spinach salad with mayo

Drinks - water, coffee, peppermint tea.

B - cheese omelette

D - Belly pork and cabbage

Nothing in cupboards going shopping later, made a menu for the week so I have a list!

Thanks guys! Not too bad Toni, feeling really positive about it this time and staying away from the peperami's and such like! Haven't weighed this morning and not going to til Sunday.

Change to menu, there was no bloody belly pork in Asda, gutted!! So its chicken breast, cabbage and some salad.

Thank you ladyfelsham I'll take a look at that tonight when the baby has gone to bed :)
 
How do you cook your belly pork? Is it the strips you were looking for
 
Oooh that's my fav too - with some mayo and mustard dressing :)

Yum! Still no belly pork in Asda :(

Menu today

B - Poached eggs and bacon

L - 2 burgers with spinach and mayo

D - Donner meat (recipe from sticky) and salad

Been a miserable day, haven't been out apart from work, I'll walk into town tomorrow if its dry, can't stay in again!
 
Dinner was lovely! I thought it would fall apart when I sliced it but it didn't, had it with salad and mayo. Think I need to cut back back on the coffee and cream tomorrow, I've had about 4 today, had a rough night with the baby and needed it! I'll try and stick to water and green/peppermint tea tomorrow.
 
So I had a cheeky weigh in this morning, I shouldn't have! the scales haven't moved and it left me a little deflated. I haven't been drinking enough water and it's TOTM so I'm blaming these two factors and the fact that its only been 3 days since my last weigh in!! I just need to GET OVER IT!

Todays menu

B - Spinach omelette
L - Broccoli and Cheddar soup or belly pork if I can some this morning
D - Sausage egg and celeriac chips

Lots of water today and not so much coffee!
 
Keep up the good work and are you measuring your weight loss with clothes or tape measure ? X how many weeks have you been on Atkins and how much you lost so far x

I've been on and off it for weeks really, then Christmas came and I lost it. Started again on the 19th Jan but for about 3 days I was having low carb shakes for breakfast and dinner and then an atkins meal for tea, gave up with the shakes and started doing atkins properly and I lost 7lbs that week. My clothes feel a bit looser and you've just reminded me that I took some measurements on the 19th so I'll measure myself this Sunday as well as weighing.
I feel very much in the zone this time though, I know its going to take a while to lose weight, I like things to happen now! haha. I've just got to get used to it.
My partners doing it with me this time so that's helped me. xx
