Hello thought I'd start a diary and stop lurking around. Been on Atkins a week now but as some on here know it's not my first try lol. I tried it in 2010 and lost about a stone then gave up for some reason and haven't been able to stick at it since lol. I did Cambridge in 2012 and lost nearly 3 stone, but piled it all back on since like a Wally! Anyway I started slimming world 4weeks ago but then switched to Atkins :-). I've lost 10lb in total so far and 3 of that came off this week so I am quite happy with myself :-D hope to speak to you all. If you'll listen to me!!!
Food diary for today:
B: mim toasted with Philly
L: beef with mushrooms cooked in Philly (I don't usually eat this much Philadelphia lol)
D: beef stir fry
S: ham, cheese and pepperami
Total carbs: 18
Yey hello you. Wow didn't realise you had done food replacement diet. You will get it off and keep it off this time. brilliant loss already. Any other news you would like to share like any plans for a big celebration or anything? X
Ooh yes I did, for 7 weeks! I still to this day don't know how I managed to stick to it!! haha.... Oh yes there may be a little wedding going on next July!!

I did Cambridge for 3 weeks and lost about 16lbs and then, same as you - piled it on again 7 weeks must have been hell - i was dying after 3! My second week of Atkins too - not sure i've lost anything so far really, like half an lb but i did lose 6.5 lbs last week so that's keeping me going! How long did it take you to lose the stone in 2010? Oh and congrats on the wedding - July is a pretty solid deadline - you'll be a skinny minny by then!

Haha I'm back... I'm back. Been trying and failing to do slim and save so back here and staying here. Thinking of mixing a little 5:2 into things! What do u think? High cal days Atkins n low days slim and save packs? Will it work with low carb do u think? Xx

They're between 12-16g per pack, depending what pack you have

Oh sorry I'm sure I replied to this earlier, my phone couldn't have sent it. Haven't exercised for a while but starting next week back at the gym. Think I'll just see how Atkins goes for the time being but I've got the slim and save packs if I want to mix things up a bit at any point lol x
