Hi all, have been messing around with juddd for last 3 months or so losing a bit then putting it back on. Previously lost 3.5 on vlcd but now looking forward to Atkins to get last 15 pounds off.
Ketosis here I come.

Off shopping later as have no food in. Looking forward to big juicy steaks, stilton, cream, mayo, leafy greens, mushrooms yum yum

Well not too bad today, think ketosis is here now. I'm not hungry really at all. Which really helps me so much as I have a binge problem as soon as I touch carbs I can't stop. Usually on a carb bender for 3 days. When I'm in ketosis my cravings just stop!!! Love it. Well here is my diary. Its late and I'm in bed knackered but just remembered to post before I go to sleep.

B - cocoa flavoured mim
L - peanut CD bar
D - tuna and egg mayo salad
S - few strawberries and cream, peanuts

How do you find peanut stuff? It's my trigger food so i have to avoid completely:eek: all other nuts fine for me

Hi Kat1e, how are you?
I LOVE peanuts and cheese and do have to limit myself. I have eaten blocks of cheese in a sitting and bags of nuts too, my problems are any nuts I love them all!!!

I'm a busy bee so no time for brekkie will post menu later, I'm out for dinner tonight so that will be a good test for me. I'm not drinking as I'm the driver phew so food wise I reckon I've got it in the bag.

I'm subscribing to your diary. I'm about where you are weight wise and wanting to lose the same amount so will be interesting to see how you get there. I've been stalled at around 10.2-4 for too long.

Hi goldilukes, yes will be interesting to see. I'm desperate to see 10.4 but things keep cropping up and I'm up and Down the same few pounds. Going to give it a blast. I've not had a mim today. I think they stall me. All I've had is scrambled egg and bacon so far and will eat tonight for meal out but Thinking I will go for steak and salad. i weigh in usually every day so keeping a diary will help. X

Dont eat too little as that will stall you also. I really do strongly believe since looking back through my old diary that I whooshed on days I ate well and regularly. I went on this weird fast until noon carry on and my weight loss dragged.
If you keep your metabolism working well it will serve you well :) enjoy your meal out and don't forget to have loads of fat with your steak :)

Epic fail was only ribeye on the menu which I'm not keen on. So had bread, chips, burger, desert etc etc, chocolate, nibbles non stop eat eat eat. Then proceeded to go on a carb bender for two days. Not going to weigh in until I've done a couple of days back on track. Too scared to know the truth. Its pathetic I'm pathetic. Arrghh
 
I had an epic binge Fri and Sat too, but back on track today. Phew. It's so hard. But if I didn't keep trying I'd be twice the size I am now! I've delayed weigh in til tomorrow but it's probably not enough and I'm still expecting a gain :(

When are you back on track?
