New to atkins

Hi a little about me, I'm 30 with 2 young boys (4 and 1) I have done every diet going then did Cambridge diet in time for my 30th party and an amazing holiday in New York and got to my lowest weight 13.13!

But since New York have gained 2 stone back on :(
I have tried Cambridge again but just can't do it now. My boys don't sleep great so think the tiredness was making me fail!

Have decided to give Atkins ago as I no carbs don't agree with me and day one is done and I've loved it :) just pray I see good results!!

Would love advice incase I'm going wrong!
I fear I may have had too much cheese today :-/

Day one -

Hot chicken - 2x drumsticks and 2x thighs
Olives
2 babybel

2 egg omelette
2x bacon
Mushrooms in butter
Tsp tomato ketchup

Chicken breast, pepper, mushrooms skewered
Salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber
Cooked chicken breast
Cheese
Tbsp ceaser dressing

Went for an hours swim, steam room and sauna

1 babybel
1 pepperami

Diet coke and water

How does this sound? And how much cheese are we allowed?
 
Day 2 - struggled wit chocolate cravings today

2 eggs
3 bacon rashers
Mushrooms cooked in butter
Tsp ketchup

Babybel
Pepperami
2 olives

Snack cheese
Pepperami

Nandos chicken breast
Mixed leaf Salad
Tbsp coleslaw

Yesterday's food -

Atkins choc brownie bar mmmm yum

2x fried eggs
2x bacon
Mushrooms in butter

2 chicken breasts
Salad - lettuce, cucumber, 4 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp ceaser dressing

Pepperami
2 babybel

Turkey burgers
Mushrooms
Salad
Tbsp ceaser dressing

2 can diet coke and 1 litre water

Will try cut out diet coke slowly but I have an awful sweet tooth crave chocolate on an hourly basis!! So it helps xx

So far today I've had an Atkins choc brownie bar
Had a busy morning so will make some lunch early x
 
Hi sunny. Most of the menu sounds great but just want to flag 2 items

Atkins bars and diet drinks are notorious stallers. Bars worse than drinks possibly but worth avoiding both or at least treating as occasional treats not daily. Keep going:)
 
Hi and welcome. You'll definitely need all your energy with 2 little ones! The Atkins bars taste good but can upset your tummy so see how you go. :)
 
Thankyou very much for the advice!! I will try not have many then. I won't be on much this weekend as away on a hen weekend in Belfast!
I am going to stick to no carbs when we eat out and stick with vodka at night I no it's not great but didn't want to miss out.

On Monday I will start my 2 week induction again and have no plans coming up!! I have lost 5lbs so far so really chuffed so can't wait to see what I do in 2 weeks xxx
