Not sure if this is the right place to put this diary . I'm starting the slow carb diet tomorrow (as in tim ferris' four hour body). It's basically low carb but with pulses...so protein, low carb veg, and lentils & beans.
I have tried a lot of diets before but have had most success on low carb. I just find it hard to sustain in the long term. Apparently adding in beans and 1-2 cheat meals a week will make all the difference.
I'm trialling this for 30 days and hope to lose 10lbs.
