Hey everyone,

Are there no before and after pics at all in the Atkins Forum :sigh:

ill be putting some up myself i suppose on the 8th of each month as i get slimmer and slimmer and slimmer ......lol

Have been on Atkins website and reading success stories on there- all good except they all mention how much they like the bars and the shakes........ Wonder why they were chosen to appear then...... Cynical? Me?

hiya hayley i think you go into your ''my profile'' tab at the top of the page and on the left side scroll down and you should see ''albums'' click that and create a new album hope im right lol xx

Hayley you're my hero! I'm currently the weight you started our at and I want to be 9 stone. Have you got a food diary anywhere so I can see what you were eating day to day? You looked beautiful in your before pics too! Xx
