Well, I've been doing induction for 1 week! I've lost 8 lbs. The first few days I felt kind of icky, but now I'm feeling much better and have a lot more energy! I want to lose 80 lbs. I'm glad I found this forum. I've learned quite a bit already![]()

Thanks! It's nice to have support. Two of my kids are giving me grief. My son keeps talking about how it's not healthy and stuff. My hubby is behind me though.
My husband has decided to join me and is really getting into it, our son is 16 tomorrow so we are going out for a meal, will be a challenge but hopefully we will make the right choices.saying no to a glass of wine and slice of birthday cake will be tough![]()

Reduce waist to hip ratio to 80% - wip but tricky!
Get into expensive designer clothes (16) - DONEin fact a few things are a bit big
Have M&S 16s as my "standard" trousers - DONE
