With chicken? Really? I can't imagine it - have you tried it, does it have the mouth feel of pizza? Did you call me toots? LOL

Can you buy minced chicken, I don't think I've ever seen it?
And how would you cook it, just fry it up in a pan, then flatten it???
Don't want to buy a mincer - but may have to for the perfect pizza
Thanks to all for posting these wicked ideas, by the way, there may be hope of keeping me on the wagon![]()
Sorry toots to me is a nice term, not derogatoryhope you don't mind xx
Not made it but plan to tonight. Mmmmm I may add some flax meal in just to give it a bit of bite, if you know what I mean?
The recipe seems to call for it to be cooked in two stages, I don't have a mincer but think I will just pulse it in the processor a bit till it looks right.....I'm quite excited.
I'll take pics of it and post them for you all xx

Honda - it was funny, the toots made me laugh.
The pizza looks real in the pictures but chicken in pizza dough seems strange. Now have 3 recipes to try.

Not sure whether anyone else is as pizza obsessed as me, but this has a comparison of the cauli and the flax bases.

Good to know about the pasta sauce - I'll pick one up next time. Strange thing about te value range it's often better for my DH who's gluten free as they tend to keep things simple/cheap and not add too many high carb ingredients.
