    Are Smints allowed?

    When I was on Lighter Life it was VERY strict - no sugar free gum or mints, just a particular brand of breath freshener, in case you got knocked out of ketosis. Am getting Atkins breath I think (hurrah, boo, hurrah?! ) and have a packet of Smints on my desk that are speaking to me... are they allowed? or not?

    I caved and had one... well actually two (on my second one now, several hours later). Fingers crossed they don't set me back! If they're not allowed, can anyone suggest an alternative?
