Well I was doing so well last week, even lost 4lbs. Then the weekend came and had a couple of vodkas. Tonight done the family spag bol and had some. Man I feel crap now. Well I just have some homemade carrot soup to polish off and then start a complete fresh. Knowing how crap I feel having consumed pasta its a big no no now. I know I shouldn't have carrots but can't waste food and I will still be under 20g carbs.
