    Hi all
    Started Atkins back in August , did for just over a month and lost 16lb , put 10lb of that back on,
    But I'm back and pretty excited about starting again,

    Week 1 = 9lbs
    Week 2 = 4lbs
    Week 3 = 2lbs

    Also is there a section with easy induction recipes or meal ideas, after a few days I think that I've tried most low carb combos

    There's a recipes section at the top of the page but also try googling Linda's low carb recipes. I've been doing this since April and still haven run out of new low carb combos
