Thread: Is flax bread nice????

Hat does it taste like xx

It's an acquired taste - hard to find a comparison but like very very wholemeal bread? Slightly bitter - but I've found different types of flax taste better or worse so it's quite a personal thing. I always find its best toasted. I didn't eat any for my first few months on the diet though and rarely do now - I just didn't need it. I probably prefer oopsie bread with a tbsp of flax.
