    Help with ingredients? Please :)

Hi all right tonight I'm going shopping to buy things to make oppsie rolls, flax seed bread, cheesecake and a vanilla swirl, but I need some help I am the worse cook EVER and don't have a blimmin clue!!

Sweetner- what's the best one? Is it liquid or a tablet??

Vanilla- is this in a powder, a syrup?? Which is best to use?

Low carb cream cheese- is this gonna be Philly??

And where the heck do I buy flax seeds from

Oh one more thing, is the cream of tarter a must when making oppsies or can they be left out?

    Many thanks xxx

I never use cream of tartar and mine come out fine.

Flax - try a health food shop. I buy mine online.

Vanilla essence or extract - little bottles in the baking aisle. Not syrup!

Sweetener - I use liquid hermestas which I buy online. Or you can use tablet sweeteners ground up. Granulated sweetener has a carby filler mixed with it so you need to count 1g carbs per tsp which can make sweet things far too carby.

Cream cheese - look at some store own brands, most are lower carb than philly

I buy flax in Tesco whole food aisle, it's also known as linseed and I think that's what Tesco call it.
