    Do not like oopsie bread!

    It reminds me of an undercooked Yorkshire pudding! Urrgh!

    I like it best cooked, allowed to cool, then grilled or pan fried for a minute which crisps the surface a little - but I use different substitutes for different things. Flax mims for toasting (or mix of flax and almond when you're out of induction), almond bread is the closest to 'real' bread and sweetened makes great cupcakes. The oopsie recipe makes amazing Swiss roll if sweetened. None are the perfect substitute for bread, all have their uses and everyone has their own favorites. Always worth trying things though!
