    High protein/low carb creamy drinks ?

    Hi


    I'm trying to really reduce my carbs & up my protein, i used to be on Slimming World, so am missing my choc options drinks..


    What can i have instead ?


    or other alternative flavours ?

    I don't know what stage you're on or if you stick strictly to the food list but Cadbury Bournville Highlights sticks are 4.2g carbs and 40 calories. They also have 1.9g protein which isn't a lot but it's a nice little boost.

    Now winter is here 4.2g carbs tp provide an intense chocolate hit and a hot drink isn't bad!
