    Too much fat??

    Hi Atkiners!!

    Just a quick one.. On MFP i am coming in at about 70% fat (and 5% carbs...) is this okay or should i reign in the butter a little?

    Any replies are much appreciated!!

    % Lost 26.47%
    It's totally fine - some people actively lose better at a higher fat level. Mine tends to fluctuate from 60-70 depending on the day. Just make sure your 5% carbs amounts to under 20g.

    Ah thanks Moonlight, yes i make sure carbs are as low as possible while still eating plenty of veg!
