    Mayonaisse on induction

    Can I have full fat Hellmans mayonaisse on induction? It doesn't list it in the book. I thought it was an ok food? Help x

    I eat tons of mayonnaise, yummmm. It's perfectly fine on induction. 1g of carb in 100ml for most brands which is quite a lot of mayonnaise!

    I love frying up slithers of chicken with a bit of spice on and then slathering them with mayo. It tastes a bit like the chicken kebab you get from the fish & chip shop. Well, to me it does anyway but i'm a bit weird.
