i never did atkins but good luck with it. don't be depressed it will come off again.....
To be honest because of my PCOS I don't tolerate carbs so I was hoping to live low carb going forward....
I thought maybe it was best to do Atkins the first few days to get into ketosis
Hey Atkins is definatly a great way to get into ketosis, stick to it and you'll be in ketosis in a few days.
Don't be depressed about the weight gain, think we've all put weight on over Xmas, it will soon come off again

Don't be depressed. Atkins works really well especially if you know you are sensitive to carbs. I have achieved a body & health that I never even dreamed of when I started. Good luck!
