    Soooo Depressed

    <sigh> a stone on over Christmas and my first day of stopping smoking.....

    First day of Atkins tomorrow am hoping you can all help me

    i never did atkins but good luck with it. don't be depressed it will come off again.....

    To be honest because of my PCOS I don't tolerate carbs so I was hoping to live low carb going forward....

    I thought maybe it was best to do Atkins the first few days to get into ketosis

    Hey Atkins is definatly a great way to get into ketosis, stick to it and you'll be in ketosis in a few days.
    Don't be depressed about the weight gain, think we've all put weight on over Xmas, it will soon come off again
