Allowed foods list on induction?
Hi I am currently at the start of the dukan diet but finding it very boring. Just curious to see what's allowed on Atkins during induction and quantities. Are the foods unlimited like they r on the dukan plan?

Hey!
Foods allowed for example are - fish, meat (including bacon) cheese cream veg salad mayo eggs...
U need to stay under 20g of cabs so veg and salad are not unlimited, they should take up most of ur carbs for the day, things that have barely any carbs i suppose u could class as unlimited.
My typical day is...
Fry up for breakfast
Ham salad for dinner
An some kind of meat with veg for tea with maybe a cream or cheese sauce.
I looked into Dukan but decided this was better for me

I've tried Dukan but it was faar too restrictive...and boring for me. Atkins gives me loads of things to eat so never boring.

Hi Julie, I agree 100 percent! Today is my first day on Atkins really excited :-) dukan just didn't do it for me, food was very bland and my craving for other things overwhelming (hence my big carb binge last night!)
Have u been on Atkins long?

Hi Li, just come back onto it. Lost about 4 stone last year but have put some (not all) back on so it's time to get back on it again.
