    Day one of atkins!! Excited mucho :-)

    Hello guys :-)

    Today is my first day doing Atkins. Very excited and looking forward to the journey. has anybody else started today? Would be great hearing from everyone new or old to Atkins.

    Looking for motivation and great support from fellow dieters :-)

    Hi Lianne this is my first day also. Good luck and it would be great to see how our first.days went. I have started a diary thread. Great idea so I can post and others can keep me right. Good luck today kx
