    I was thinking of using this in cream instead of protein powder to save on carbs, anyone had it and is it worth trying?

    Do you mean the syrups, Dizzy? If so, I canrecommend them - I have egg nog and orange, and love making a low carb egg nog hot drink with soya milk and decaf coffee at night

    I also use the orange for chocolate bark.

    I stick with protein powder (PHD Pharma Whey HT) very low carbs and high protein) carbs 1.8g and prt 18.2g per serving - decent snack or breakfast. Use zero carb syrups in coffee etc
    The Journey so Far:- Start 14 st 1.4
    1st Goal - 13 st 1 Done it!!!
    2nd Goal - 12 st 1 Done it!!!
    3rdGoal - 11 st 1
    Ultimate - 10 st 7

    My waist is now 27.5".....thanks to weight training & Zumba - much love xxx
