    Im Back On Atkins.!!

    After losing a stone before my wedding in July on Atkins. I have put that stone back on.
    So i'm back with a lot of motivation that I am going to lose that stone and a bit more.
    My husband and i are on day 3. So I will keep popping back and reading everyone's posts for advice and hopefully motivate others.

    So hi i'm back.!!!
