Thank you! That's a huge help. Especially the jelly to sort out my sweet tooth xx. I have been to the meat market this morning and stocked up the freezer. No excuses! X

    pork scratchings are good too.

For sweet tooth, i make atkins style cheesecake with sweetener and soft cheese + vanilla all mixed up together, sometimes i add a little cocoa powder to make it chocolatey, yummmm

You can also put cream onto that sugar free jelly.

if you type "atkins cheesecake" into google it will show you a few recipies to make 'proper' Atkins cheesecake. If you are in induction then you should have it without the crust really. I don't make it the proper way, i just mix up cream cheese (philly is OK, the normal one not the light! own brand soft cheeses in supermarkets are sometimes even better as they are lower carb but always get the full fat ones), add some splenda, vanilla, a bit of cream maybe, mix it all up in a bowl and eat it. I am not the best chef in the world and tend to just whip this up real quick to fix my sweet cravings...it's not proper cheesecake but it tastes really good. The proper recipies you can find via the google method, not sure if i can post links here.
