    Orange Juice!!!

    Almost made a huge mistake in drinking orange juice, good job I read the carton as its loaded with carbs
    Is tonic water ok? Or is that a no no too? Xxx

    Tonic water has citric acid in it (as do most fizzy drinks), which stalls quite a few people.

    See if you can stick to water or sparkling water for as long as possible, hun xxx

    Fruit = sugar which = carbs. Atkins really isn't a fruit eater's diet BUT you can have rhubarb (which is actually a vegetable) stewed with sweetener and after you move on from induction to owl you can start to introduce some berries now and then.

    Fruit juice really is pure liquid sugar.
    dieting is hard. being overweight is hard. choose your hard.
