    Question about my fitness pal

When using MFP to track carbs in the listing it states
    Total carbs (g)
    Dietary fibre (g)
    Sugars (g)

Do I need to add these 3 components together to get my allowance?

    Thanks x

Sorry Furbaby, I'm not very good on MFP - but someone else will know!

Hi fur baby - no, as long as the foods youre adding arent american brands you just look at total carbs. Ignore anything you may have read about subtracting or adding sugars and fibre, those are American things. We don't use net carbs in this country, just the total carb count.
