I woke up this morning with an absolutely cracking headache - wondering if it's to do with the plan as I never usually suffer from headaches. I'm drinking plenty but going to up the water today even more x

Yes might well be the low carbing. Have you stopped caffeine too? That makes it worse (not doing that again and it was two years ago lol!)
Have some chicken stock in hot water as a soup as it really helps - just check the label for carbs but most stocks ok

Thanks for the reply, it's eased off as the day has gone on. I'm back at work Wednesday so I'm hoping the worst will have passed by then! Feeling dressing cold today as well - might have to try the chicken stock idea - sounds comforting and warming! X

If you don't like the chicken stock, make sure you're adding a little extra salt to your food. You need more salt when in ketosis, especially as you first get into it.
